Since we find the central force potential energy by integrating force vector and dr vector but when it comes to find out force from Central force potential energy then why we find it by taking derivative of effective potential energy

Why not we find force by the partial derivative of Central force potential energy instead of effective potential energy

central force is always found by taking partial derivative of central force potential energy. When you take derivative of effective potential you get resultant of central force and centrifugal force
